Kenner Garden Hotel Unpaid Work

On October 27th, Kenner Garden Hotel issued a purchase order for sign removal and design work. Haithem Mansour and Jayson Desroches presented themselves as Hilton representatives and communicated using official Hilton email addresses. At their urgent request, work began the next day (Saturday) and continued on Monday to meet their rebranding deadline.
Over the next two weeks, we completed three rounds of design revisions. A total of five signs and a van wrap designs were approved. Later, we discovered the purchase order was invalid, and despite multiple attempts to secure payment, Jayson Desroches and Haithem Mansour have refused to pay for completed work.
Through this experience, it has become evident that both Jayson Desroches and Haithem Mansour have demonstrated a lack of respect for the small businesses in New Orleans. Their actions in this project reflect a disregard for fair compensation and transparency, which puts hardworking contractors at a disadvantage and harms the local business community.
If you are a contractor with a similar experience, please use the form below to report your case. Your information will help ensure that other contractors are informed and potentially prevent further incidents.
Note: Jayson Desroches and Haithem Mansour has no permission to use any designs until payment is received. Unauthorized use will be pursued through legal action.
